There are three scholarships awarded by WLEEA in the amount of $1000, these scholarships are to be used at a higher education establishment of the winners choosing. (University, College, Trade School, etc.)

They must be utilized during the 2023/2024 school year.

The applicant is to submit the following items:

• 1000 word minimum essay detailing why the applicant is a suitable candidate for the scholarship to include what they have learned over their time as an Explorer
• Letter of recommendation from their post advisor
• Letter of recommendation from a community member not associated with Law Enforcement (non-family)
• Explorer Resume detailing their time and achievements as an Explorer
