Cookie Policy

Effective April 22, 2026 · Last updated April 22, 2026

The short version: wleea.com uses a small number of cookies, all of them functional or security-related. We don’t use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics cookies. The mobile app doesn’t persist cookies to disk — they’re only held in memory during a session.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device to remember things like whether you’re signed in. This policy covers cookies set by wleea.com and any third-party services embedded in our pages. For broader information about what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.

Cookies we use

Cookies set by this site

CategoryPurposeDuration
Authentication Keeps you signed in after you log in so you don’t have to re-enter your credentials on every page. Set only after a successful sign-in. Up to 24 hours
Session & security Short-lived identifiers used to tie related requests together and protect against automated abuse and attacks. Session (until browser closes)
Preferences Remembers administrative interface preferences for site administrators only. Not set for regular visitors. Up to 1 year

Cookies from embedded services

CategoryPurposeWhere it loads
Anti-abuse / bot detection A third-party service may set temporary cookies or use local browser storage to determine whether a form submission is from a human or an automated script. This only runs on pages with public forms and is governed by that provider’s own privacy policy. Only on pages with public forms

Cookies we do not use

wleea.com does not set or allow any of the following:

  • Advertising or retargeting cookies
  • Third-party analytics trackers
  • Social media tracking (share-button tracking, embedded-feed tracking)
  • Cross-site or cross-device tracking of any kind

Cookies in the mobile app

The WLEEA mobile app authenticates using secure tokens rather than cookies. Some cookies may be issued by the server during certain requests, but they’re held only in memory during the app session — they are never written to persistent storage and are discarded when you close the app or sign out.

Managing your cookie settings

You can clear or block cookies at any time using your browser’s built-in settings. Note that disabling authentication cookies will prevent you from signing in to wleea.com. Disabling anti-abuse cookies may prevent public forms from submitting.

Changes to this policy

If we add or remove cookies, we’ll update this page and change the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will also be announced on the site or in the app.
