There are 3 categories in which recognition is given. Post of the year, Explorer of the year, Advisor of the year. Anyone associated with the Explorer program can submit a nomination. Based on the nominations received a recipient will be selected.

Submission Process

The submitter is to submit the following items:

• Name and Agency of intended recipient
• Name and Agency of the submitter, to include how long they have been a member of the Explorer Program
• Category of award the intended recipient is being submitted for
• A detailed explanation of why the submitter is submitting the prospective recipient.

*Advisor/Explorer of the year only* A brief history of the individual and their involvement with the Explorer program.
